Our aim with this program is to build a healthy and constructive community that is welcoming for new players to join, and helpful for veterans to flourish. As a Community Contributor (CC), we are placing you in the spotlight as a positive example and role model. Your personal and professional growth are of utmost importance to us, so we will be happy to promote your quality content and provide assets for you to create it.

You may have noticed that we’ve already reached out to some creators and provided press accounts to help them grow their social media channels, and provide more useful updates and opinion about the latest events in World of Warships Blitz. If you are a keen content creator and want to help build this community, this is your best chance to get involved!

You may use Wargaming materials we provide you solely for creation of materials about World of Warships Blitz (“Content”) and as long as you use the content as a part of the CC Program and comply with this Policy.

Wargaming materials can’t be altered or defaced in a way deemed negative by Wargaming. They can’t be sold or repurposed for making a financial gain.

Your Content must have no commercial (i.e., monetary) objective. As an exception to this, you are permitted to monetize web videos (such as YouTube) with advertisements, so long as those videos otherwise meet the requirements of this Policy. Wargaming in its sole discretion, can revoke your permission to create the Content at any time and for any reason.

You may not say, nor imply that your Content is endorsed or approved by Wargaming. Also, you may not create or use any Content in a manner that could cause people to believe that it is an official Wargaming production. For example, a fan website may not be designed to look like an official Wargaming website, and it must be clear to visitors that the website is not a Wargaming website.

By posting or publishing the Content, you grant Wargaming a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed). Any such use of your Content by Wargaming may be without any compensation paid to you.

Applicants must have at least one existing personal social media channel with examples of content that demonstrate an ability to engage an audience. Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the strength of your existing channels/content will be a key factor. If you do not have much existing content, but are keen to get started, we may still consider your application if you show huge enthusiasm in your application.

Your submission will be visible to our staff and moderators, and you only. Other players won’t be able to see it.

1. Keep a regular uploading/stream schedule;
2. Make content that can reach outside our core audience on occasion;
3. Be engaged with your audience;
4. Give constructive feedback on changes both directly to the team through designated channels and through produced content;
5. Respect other viewpoints and be able to debate topics with sufficient reasoning;
6. Help the game/community grow.

If you, as a Community Contributor, stop making content about World of Warships Blitz, we’ll contact you to find out why, and we may revoke press account access and other given perks.

1. What is a Press Account? – A Press Account (PA) is a special game account given out to Community Contributors which will regularly be supplied with in-game currency and the latest content such as premium ships before they are made available to everyone. The intention is to help content creators come up with videos/images/reviews etc to build hype around the new in-game content.
   1. PA holders can’t join fleets, and can’t use the account to gain advantage in tournaments or events. It must be used solely for content creation.
   2. PA holders will be given early access to new ships & other content on a case-by-case basis
   3. PA holders will be invited to a special Discord channel with our WOWSB community team
   4. We reserve the right to revoke PA accounts on a case-by-case basis. We expect PA holders to create honest content about WOWSB.
   5. It is forbidden to use toxic language, offensive images/footage or any copyrighted media in your videos.
   6. Account sharing is strictly forbidden unless approval is given.
   7. Number of PA accounts are limited, and contributors creating lots of great content will be given priority.
   8. We will provide PA holders with assets from time to time, to aid in improving the quality of content. These assets must be used as provided.

2. We may sometimes change and update the rules of the program with notification through the CC Program Discord;
3. Resolve any escalated issues and make final decisions on all CC Program affairs;

1. If a program participant fails to comply with the rules, guidelines and principles stated in these rules, including the Intellectual Property Rights provision below, the following measures may be applied, determined by WOWSB Community Contributor Program Management Team on a case-by-case basis:
   1. A private or public warning or rebuke;
   2. A temporary suspension from the program;
   3. A removal from the program;
   4. Banning in World of Warships Blitz;
   5. Revocation of any benefits issued as a result of participation in the CC program, e.g., of in-game rewards (CC badge portrait etc.), access to the CC asset pack and communication channels.
